The vision for the Urban Strategies Home Study & Post-Release Services program is to support migrant children and their caregivers in reaching their full potential. Our team provides case management services and connects these families with faith- and community-based organizations in their neighborhoods who will come alongside and serve them in one of their most challenging seasons.
Our team of professionals works in concert with community-based partners to provide referrals to resources such as:
- Substance abuse treatment
