The Púlpito Fellows Program, supported by the Lilly Endowment, is a three-year cohort program specifically created for Latino/a pastors and ministry leaders. It promotes personal and social change by focusing on enhancing preaching skills that utilize technology to create compelling, relevant, and justice-centered messages for digital audiences.

The program consists of ten topics, four of which are taught in-person and six of which are covered weekly over Zoom.

English and Spanish groups are offered, including a specific group focused on female preachers.
